Ariel Hill-Davis is a co-founder of Republican Women for Progress (RWFP) as well as the Director of Policy for the organization.

In addition to the work she does for RWFP, Ariel is the Vice President of Industry and Regulatory Affairs at the Industrial Minerals Association – North America (IMA-NA), a trade association that serves as the voice of the industrial minerals industry in Washington DC. In her capacity at IMA-NA Ariel works on issues impacting modern mining operations across North America, focusing specifically on environmental regulations. She puts her passion for hard industry to the task of increasing awareness of how much mining touches our daily lives.

Prior to joining IMA-NA, she worked at the National Association of Manufacturers as a member of the Energy and Resources Policy and Human Resources Policy teams. She also worked in the office of Congressman Mike Castle (DE-AL), which served as a formative experience for what it means to be a principled and moderate Republican. Ariel graduated from the University of St. Andrews (Scotland) with an M.A. in Early Modern History. Much to her surprise, she does not get to use her knowledge of 16th century French religious wars regularly.
